You should instantly follow Cole Sprouse on Instagram

Scrolling through instagram, I ran into Cole Sprouse's account and thank God for that. Since I've been obsessing over Riverdale, the same thing happend over Cole's profile .
This guy is so amazing. Full time actor, part time photographer, he often shares his work on instagram, where more than 10 milion fans can interact with his work.
But, for those who haven't seen the show, let me introduce you to him.
Named in honor of jazz singer and pianist Nat King Cole, he first catapulted into the spotlight as a child actor opposite his twin brother, Dylan. The two started on the hit Disney channel series "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody". Later on, he made his first, solo appearence as Ben, Ross Geller's son in "Friends".
Now, you can watch him in "Riverdale" where he plays super mysterious, macho man Jughead Jones, an iconic part of Archie Comics that are reimagined by The CW with Archie Horror creator Roberto Aguirre - Sacasa.

He also joined the Chuck Taylor crew for a new "Forever Chuck" campaign, along side singer Sabrina Carpenter and model Taylor Hill.

While Sprouse's instagram story doesn't give away The Black Hood's identity, it shows us the other side of this young actor. You can scroll through this account for hours without being affraid that you'll get bored. There are photos of Kendall Jenner for The Sunday Times Style, Sam Smith for his L' Uomo Vogue cover , Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner for W Magazine.

In the interview for Teen Vogue he said:
" Maybe it was escapism, but I had become obsessed with going to remote locations and keeping myself behind the camera", noting that he thinks "that came from a personal place where I was very dissatisfied with the way my society was treating me."

Whatever the reason was, we could just thank for that. So here are some of my favourite pictures from Cole's instagram and for more, you can follow him here.
You're welcome!

Lana Turner, sex symbol & style icon of the '60s

Lana Turner was a pin - up model who become a serious dramatic actress, named the most "glamorous woman in the history of international art" in 1951.
She started as a lead character in "Johnny Eager", "Honky Tonk", "Somewhere I'll find You". Later on, she appeared in a horror movie from 1941 "Dr Jekyll And Mr. Hyde", besides Ingrid Bergman and Spanser Tracy.
In 1957 she did "Peyton Place" for which she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress.

A reputation as a glamorous femme fatale was enchanced by her performance in the 1946's film noir "The Postman Always Rings Twice", based on James M. Cain's debut novel of the same name. A critic of The New York Times wrote it was "the role of her career."

But Lana's reaction to her sex symbol 'nickname' was quite different. She once said:
"All those years that my image on the screen as "sex goddess" - well makes me laugh. Sex was never important to me. I'm sorry if that disappoints you, but it's true. Romance, yes. Romance was very important. But I never liked being rushed into bed, and I never allowed it. I'd put it off as long as I could and I gave in only when I was in love, or thought I was. It was always the courtship, the cuddling, and the closeness that I cared about, never the act of sex itself - with some exceptions of course. I'm not masquerading as a prude, but I've always been portrayed as a sexy woman, and that's wrong. Sensuous, yes. When I'm involved with someone I care for deeply, I can feel sensual. But that's a private matter."

Apart from her many films, her stormy personal life (7 husbands, 8 marriages - she later on joked about how: "My goal was to have one husband and seven children, but it turned out to be the other way around"), ensured always into the public eye.
Besides that, a tragedy marked her late 1950s.
On April 4, 1958, Turner's 14 year old daughter Cheryl Crane stabbed to death a small - time gangster Johnny Stompanato, Lana's current lover, after overhearing him make threats towards her mother. The Court later on ruled it as justifiable homicide.

This didn't ruin Turner's career; on the following year she made one of better movies, "Imitation of life", and continued working in films and television for over 20 years.
But for now, I should let the picture speak louder than words and to see what I'm talking about, check out the images below.

"Casablanca" 75 years later

My favourite movie of all the time for sure, with iconic stars, immortal quotes and timeless love story. It's hard to believe but this iconic movie debuted 75 years ago.
So let's take a look at some of the best looks that Ingrid Bergman rocked as Ilsa Lund in this ultimate story.

Blake Shelton sexiest man alive? We need to talk

As you know, Blake Shelton is 2017's sexiest man alive, but internet have some thoughts about that , so do we.
I mean, he is an attractive man with his salt and pepper hair and his blue eyes, but what about the fantasy of Idris Elba?

And right in front of Colin Farrell?

And have you run through every Chris already? Think not, since only Hemsworth was named with the title so far. Think about how blue eyed bro, Chris Pine is watching you right now!

Or Chris Evans with his dog? I mean, come on, even sexiest man alive disereves a best friend.

Or even the kind of easy on the eyes crush you won't mind sharing with your little sister Cole Sprouse?

Is Jesse Williams a ghost?

We need to give some credit to Blake because he's only 4th non - actor who won the award since 1985 (before him, there were only  John F. Kennedy, David Beckam and Adam Levine).
But in the world where Bruno Mars exists, is Shelton a choice?

Haven't you heard of Hotline Bling himself?

Or the man with an unquestionably seductive music Frank Ocean?

So we can definitely say, this is a strange, sexy world for sure.
What about you, who is for you sexiest man alive?

Meet Taika Waititi: A Hollywood outsider with the sense of style

I saw "Thor Ragnarok" this past weekend and I have to say I LOVE it! So funny and so refreshing.
If you follow me on instagram , you know I'm such a geek when it comes to superhero movies. Kinda a die hard Marvel fan. And I thought that "Thor" (2011) is the best one so far, but come on! This one is one hell of a journey. Every single moment with Tom Hiddleston's Loki is epic. Mark Ruffalo's Hulk becomes much more interesting to watch. Chris Hemsworth's Thor finally shows us his personality. Cate Blanchett's Hela is gorgeous and menacing at the same time.
I will not reveal the plot or some spoilers of the movie, I want you to enjoy yourself first, but be sure, you'll not be dissapointed.

For now, I'd like to talk to you about the man behind the movie, Taika Waititi. Who is this guy and why does he have such a sense of style?

Taika Waititi is a New Zealand actor, director, writer, comedian with Maori and European - Jewish roots, a member of the "Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences" (AMPAS) since 2016.
His mother is a Russian descent and he's used her surname, Cohen, for some of his work in film and writing, but to avoid confusion kept Waititi that used only as painter and artist first.
His first project was a short movie called "Two Cars" which was inspired to write while hanging out in a g-string, fully waxed for an acting role as a stripper in a TV show "The Strip" (2002).
But his first noticeable movie is 2010's "Boy"that is filled with '80s aestetics, unexpected laughs, and pleanty of complex family relationships. Fun fact about this one is that it's been filmed where Taika grew up; some scenes, concrete, were filmed in his aunts' house.
During college time, he met Jemaine Clement (recipient of the New Zealand's highest comedy accolade the Billy T Award) and together became the comedy duo The Humourbeasts.
Later on, they joined forces for horror comedy "What We Do In The Shadows" (2010), where they played members of a group of vampires who live in modern - day Wellington. The most interesting part about this movie is that actors had only directions and the whole script was improvised.
This is followed by a wonderfully offbeat comedy "Hunt For The Wilderpeople", based on a book by the late Bary Crump about a young boy and a grumpy man on the run in the forest.
Even though he started once in a superhero movie, "Green Lantern", "Thor Ragnarok" is his masterpiece scoring $121 milion in the opening weekend.
But lets go through his style and why I think this man is not only a comedy God, but also a style icon.

1. Picture of his pineapple short set is the best thing you'll see today

2. Colorful and plucky prints are his thing and thank God for that

3. Hats and caps are obligatory and we're totally in

4. Pulling out denim on denim and we love it

5. Suit while directing - yes please!

We should talk about Kit Harington's new show

I suppose lots of you have heard about new BBC's show Gunpowder since a lot of  press was filled with audience's turbulent impressions of terrific graphic scenes of torture and execution.
For those who haven't heard about it, the show takes place in 1605 and tells a story about Catholic ringleader Robert Catesby, the leader of the infamous Gunpowder Plot, who attempt to assassinate the Protestant King James I by planting explosives underneath the House of Lords. Later on, he was eventually found dead, clutching a picture of the Virgin Mary. As a warning to others, his body was exhumed and decapitated, his head exhibited outside Parliament.

The show is developed by Kit Harington, Liv Tyler, Peter Mullan and Mark Gatiss.

It's true, while I was watching it, I spent one half hiding behind a cushion, and other trying not to throw up.It is also true that it has quite enough historical accuracy, and yes, lots of gruesome scenes, but isn't that the point  - to show the world history like it is? The plot is brilliant and moving, the cast is so dedicated (have to say I was especially shocked at how good Kit Harington actually was in this).

So if you love Game of Thrones, only without dragons, but with true, historical theme, you should definitely check  this three-part series out!

New tv shows you SHOULD check out

If you are a TV junkie like I am, you should definitely check out my new list of the new tv shows that aired previously this year. Some of them are dramas, some will make you cry, both in a good and a bad way, but every single one of them, will take you to its world and make quite an impression on you.
So lets start with the first one!

1. Imposters on Bravo
A light drama with comedic elements about a sweet and lovable con woman played by beautiful Inbar Lavi, who's able to be a rich person's perfect romantic partner before skipping out with their money. With a talented, and super cute cast, this show is all you want - funny and dark, smart and silly.

2. 13 Reasons Why on Netflix
Based on a novel by Jay Asher, this one tells a story about Hanna and her life. Absolutely brilliant, so powerful show that makes you think about the way you treat people, how fragile we are as humans. Massively important, refreshing look at taboo subjects that are rarely touched upon in mainstream media.

3. The Handmaid's Tale on Hulu
A series that presents what could happen if women's rights were reverted or taken away. It takes you into this dystopian future but it has never felt more real. The cast is so amazing, that its quitest moments may be its most powerful, so do not turn away from it!

4. The Defenders on Netflix
As you may know, super heros are my soft spot! Here you have some of the Marvel's biggest ones: Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Daredevil and Iron fist,  and they are great, but come on, "The Hand" are the most boring group of super villans ever (Jessica Jones rolled her eyes throughout the entire 8 episodes and I have to say I agree with her a lot).

5. The Sinner on USA Network
Starting talented Jessica Biel, we are introduced to a young woman who commits a shocking crime in full view of many witnesses, so there's no doubt of her guilt, but what's the motive? This is that type of the show that with every episode you'll be left crying for the next one.
